Worry is the guest who arrives three hours early and leaves two days after everyone else. It helps with nothing and eats everything.
You will not throw it out by arguing. What works is giving it a chair and a job: write the worry down, write the one action it implies, do that action, then close the notebook. Worry that has been given a task becomes planning, and planning is finite.
Worry arrives before the event and leaves after it. A note on hosting it properly.
What remains after the action is done is not information. It is residue. That is what the practice is for.
