A Life Dedicated to a Stress-Free, Violence-Free World

Guruji Shree Aditya Raj Apurba Dey is a humanitarian teacher and founder of Oikantika Foundation. For over four decades he has moved between villages, campuses, parliaments and conflict zones with one simple offer: a practice anyone can do, in any language, that returns the mind to rest. The teaching is practical, not theoretical. Breathe. Watch. Serve. Repeat.

  • Breath-based practices anyone can learn in a weekend.
  • Free trauma-relief programs in disaster zones.
  • Schools, water bodies and skills for rural districts.
